Larsens Marine provide a range of survey, auditing, witnessing, consulting and training services to the marine and offshore industries for all vessel types and sizes. These services include IMCA eCMID and MCA Workboat Code of Practice Surveys (MGN280, Brown Code, Blue Code, Yellow Code and the Technical Standard 2014). Our range of surveys include condition surveys, pre-purchase surveys, P&I, H&M surveys, insurance surveys, damage and on/off hire surveys amongst others which cover machinery, hull structure, lifesaving appliances and on-board equipment.
Our expert witness and third-party inspection services provide independent unbiased reports which can serve the legal profession in maritime matters, directly aid in dispute resolution, in verifying compliance with technical specifications at the premises of original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and by witnessing factory acceptance tests (FAT).
Our custom-made training courses are produced to suit our clients’ needs and are presented by a ‘trained trainer’ at the client’s premises or other suitable venue. Courses range from half day courses to several days as required by the client and include theoretical sessions, workshops, group exercises and on-board sessions.
