US wind project full steam ahead with WTIV sea trials

First things for CVOW

The first US-built, Jones Act-compliant wind turbine installation vessel (WTIV) has begun sea trials, says wind farm developer Dominion Energy.

The company announced it expects the vessel, Charybdis, to complete the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) farm on time, ie by the end of 2026.
