​Sanmar bags Turkish government tug contract

Turkey's two new ASD tugs will be built at Sanmar's Altinova shipyard (Sanmar)

Turkey’s coastal safety directorate has ordered two powerful tugs from Sanmar to enhance its already extensive fleet of vessels.

The deal involves two Robert Allan Ltd (RAL) RAmparts 2400SX MkII ASD tugs and follows the earlier delivery by Sanmar of four similar vessels to the directorate’s fleet.
