Porto Chibatão in Brazil has strengthened ties with Liebherr with the purchase of four LBS 800 cranes

The port is the largest private port and Liebherr port equipment customer in Latin America, featuring 42 different cranes, including gantry cranes, fixed cargo cranes and barge-slewing cranes.

These latest four were delivered in September and are now part of a fleet of 16 bargeslewing cranes in operation at the port, which was founded in 1987 and serves the Manaus free trade zone.
