The 26th edition of Europe’s largest commercial marine and workboat exhibition provides businesses the opportunity to showcase their services, equipment, vessels and supplies to an international audience. Speed@Seawork on 9th June in Cowes offers a sector specific event that showcases fast vessels operating at high speed for security interventions and Search & Rescue. LOI signed for vessels that tick the green box
The first of a series of multi-purpose vessels (MPVs) will begin next year in a collaboration between Herman Sr and Damen Shipyards.
The design ticks the ‘green’ box, with promises that it will make the vessels capable of running on batteries or future fuels ‘when the associated technology reaches maturity in the coming years’.
