Ferry makes 7,000nm Atlantic crossing to Canadian home

'Northumberland' arrived in typically icy winter conditions (Redwise)

A ferry has been delivered to Canada after a rather indirect 7,370nm route across the Atlantic to allow for winter weather.

Dutch ship delivery specialist Redwise made the vessel sea secure and delivered the Norwegian double-ended ferry after a 34-day voyage.
