The 26th edition of Europe’s largest commercial marine and workboat exhibition provides businesses the opportunity to showcase their services, equipment, vessels and supplies to an international audience. Chartwell’s latest collaboration is ‘foiling made simpler’, but many of its advantages are underpinned by an extra something… a third hull.
The 10m electric demonstrator currently under build at Designcraft is as hydrodynamically similar as possible to a fully foiling 24m ferry capable of carrying 40 passengers at speeds of 26 to 28 knots – because that’s the ultimate aim of the project.
