A deal to form the world’s largest fleet of jack-up vessels can’t be finalised soon enough, as the offshore wind industry struggles to find enough wind turbine installation vessels.

Manufacturing giants Cadeler and Eneti have submitted a key filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission to move their decision to combine businesses ahead.
