A jack-up barge built over 40 years ago and used predominantly in the marine construction industry is in the process of starting a new life in the offshore oil and gas industry in West Africa.

The long and varied history of the jack-up barge Buzzard is reported by UK shipbroker DSB Offshore Ltd who has brokered the vessel for numerous projects across Europe.
