Spanish maritime services provider Boluda Corporación Marítima has deployed two new-build Damen tugs along with an older vessel to start a new operation in Puerto Cortés, Honduras, the only deep-water port in Central America.

Boluda is operating at the port enclave through its Boluda Towage segment and its Honduran subsidiary in the north of the country on the Caribbean coast. Boluda describes it as ‘one of the largest and best equipped ports in the region’.
