Teledyne Gavia has announced a major expansion of its Engineering and Production facilities in Kopavogur, Iceland, in response to growing demand for its advanced Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs).

This expansion is aimed at enhancing the production capacity of the low logistics Gavia AUV systems, as well as the larger Osprey and SeaRaptor models.

These are being increasingly used in carbon capture, subsea exploration and autonomous vessel operations.
