Seine Nord Europe Canal out to tender
The tender is out to build the Seine Nord Europe Canal, a high capacity water transportation system which will connect the rivers Seine and Scheldt, allowing large vessels to transport goods between the Paris area and the ports of Dunkirk, Antwerp and Rotterdam.
