Plans for the 25 hectares waterfront development in Gloucester have been submitted for Outline Planning Application.

HMS Echo, the first of two new oceanographic and hydrographic survey ships for the British Royal Navy has been floated out from Appledore Shipbuilders in Devon and had its naming ceremony.
