The Oceanscan Group is headquartered in Aberdeen UK with its group companies based in Lowestoft, Beccles and Cannock UK and in Houston USA. Since 1989, Oceanscan has acquired Sercal Non-Destructive Test Equipment Ltd. and Geoforce Technical Services Ltd.

The Group supplies advanced subsea equipment for hydrographic applications, ROV operations and the renewables market as well as effective NDT equipment to a range of subsea and onshore applications.

Oceanscan is also a key supplier of competent personnel to the offshore oil and gas and renewables markets with a range of competent survey positioning and ROV personnel. We can supply one person or complete teams of surveyors, engineers, ROV pilots, deck crew and project managers for short- or long-term placements.

We offer our global customers an OPEX based financial option for short- or long-term projects where raising CAPEX for equipment or offering full-time employment is not commercially viable.

Oceanscan operates an accredited management system which is registered to the current ISO 9001:2015 and is accredited by UKAS to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.

We are longstanding members of the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) and the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT).
