WATCH: Completing the missing link in Antwerp’s ring road project
Canal and river tunnels are being built in Antwerp as part of the missing link to connect up an ambitious €4.5 billion city ring road.
At the moment the ring is more of a semi-circle, with the top half bisected by the River Scheldt, where the port is, making accessibility difficult.
