MoU strengthens floating wind mooring tech
Floating wind technology will be strengthened and enhanced with two firms joining up to combine their technologies in mooring, the companies say.
After a few years of working with various partners, X1 Wind has signed an MoU with Netherlands-based FibreMax, a synthetic cable producer that makes endless winding technology, pendants and tendons ‘with the highest efficiency currently possible’.
