Curved concrete breakwaters protect NZ coast

Swedish marine civils firm SF Marina has installed arc-shaped floating breakwaters to protect the Waiheke Island Marina in New Zealand.

The environment at the marina is also considered to be ecologically sensitive, being shallow and home to a colony of Little Penguins.
