The 26th edition of Europe’s largest commercial marine and workboat exhibition provides businesses the opportunity to showcase their services, equipment, vessels and supplies to an international audience. Speed@Seawork on 9th June in Cowes offers a sector specific event that showcases fast vessels operating at high speed for security interventions and Search & Rescue. Acciona to build Ravenna breakwater
Spanish infrastructure firm Acciona has been awarded a contract to construct a major breakwater at the Port of Ravenna, Italy
The project, designed to protect the port’s upcoming floating LNG terminal, will see Acciona collaborate with Italian company RCM Construzioni.
Scheduled for completion within 24 months, the breakwater will be built 8.5km off the coast, near Punta Marina, south of Ravenna, in the North Adriatic Sea.
