'Land Swap' Lands Port Facilities
A new quay and slipway facility at Polly Steps, beside the ABP Port of Teignmouth, was opened last month. The quay and slipway have been constructed as part of a ''land swap'' arrangement between Teignbridge District Council and ABP.
