Smaller ships warned: Prepare NOW for major rule changes
In January it will be mandatory for ships between 400GT and 5,000GT to have a in place. Rajat Bishnoi, from Normec Verifavia, warns that vessel operators should start to prepare NOW.
“EU MRV began in 2018 with ships above 5,000 gross tons, and since then there has been no looking back,” he told Maritime Journal.
