InfraVia takes 80% stake in Louis-Dreyfus Armateurs

Historic family-owned marine services firm Louis Dreyfus Armateurs (LDA) has sold 80% of its shares to private equity firm InfraVia.

The Louis-Dreyfus family will retain 20% and Edouard Louis-Dreyfus will continue as the group’s president, LDA said.
