Industry calls for UK government support

Eight maritime associations have called on the UK government to lay out a firm strategy for the sector so it can plan for decarbonisation rules that will inevitably be imposed.

The letter was written to new Parliamentary under-secretary with the Department of Transport Mike Kane, who has been new to the job since the Labour government took power on July 5.
