Association calls on EC for more support in maritime
SEA Europe is calling on the European Commission to strengthen its support for the inland waterways sector, raising fears that non-European shipyards could stand to gain if it does not.
Representing Europe’s maritime technology sector, SEA Europe has criticised the EC for a lack of sustainability and innovation; unfair competition from non-European shipyards; and ambiguity in aid eligibility.
