Improvements in Full Swing at Skandia Harbour

The rebuilding of the container terminal at Skandia Harbour involves new piling, lighter fill, recasting of the cathead at the edge of the quay, reinforcement of the quay with sheetpiles and the laying of a new crane rail to accommodate wider cranes.
