Whale deaths prompt call to halt offshore wind

A spate of marine wildlife deaths has sparked calls for a temporary ban on offshore wind projects in the US.

But although the Marine Mammal Stranding Center has recorded 38 deaths of marine creatures since December, just three have been so far assessed as due to trauma possibly caused by vessels.
