Vestas firms up RWE Nordseecluster deal
Vestas has struck a deal with RWE to deliver, commission and maintain wind turbines for the Nordseecluster offshore wind project in Germany
For the first phase of the two-phase project, Vestas has a firm order in place for the supply and commissioning of 44 V236-15.0 MW turbines for the 660 MW Nordseecluster A project.
Nordseecluster B will add a further 900 MW of capacity, and a conditional order is in place for the supply of 60 V236-15.0 MW turbines.
