Vattenfall sells half of German OSW project to BASF

Martin Brudermüller, CEO BASF SE and Anna Borg, CEO Vattenfall sign the Nordlicht 1+2 agreement

Vattenfall has sold 49% of its ownership in Germany’s 1.6GW offshore wind farm to BASF.

Once operating, the wind farm – a combination of two – will be the largest project for Vattenfall.
