US offshore wind ‘a story of momentum’
A story of momentum is building in the US offshore wind sector, says the Oceantic Network, with major port construction and transmission projects under way in several states.
However uncertainty over the upcoming US election, it says, has held back private investment, and the same states are simultaneously working to recover cancelled agreements.
