RWE has chosen Thyborøn Port in Denmark as the offshore construction base for its Thor offshore wind farm, marking a significant milestone in the project’s development

Located 22 kilometres off the west coast of Jutland, Thor will be Denmark’s largest offshore wind farm, with 72 turbines.

Once operational, Thor will create 60 local jobs and produce over 1 GW of green energy, enough to power more than one million Danish households.
