Japan expands fledgling offshore wind sector
Survey work has begun on what will be Japan’s largest offshore wind farm, with three of Fugro’s vessels deployed to the west coast.
The 684MW wind farm is being built by a consortium consisting of RWE, Matsui and Osaka Gas.
