Frozen sea wind farm to be extended by 40 turbines
Finnish offshore win operator Suomen Hyötytuuli is planning to expand its current Tahkoluoto site by 40 turbines, it says.
Tahkoluoto is believed to be the first offshore wind farm that operates in frozen sea conditions.
