The 26th edition of Europe’s largest commercial marine and workboat exhibition provides businesses the opportunity to showcase their services, equipment, vessels and supplies to an international audience. FID taken on Baltica 2 offshore wind farm
Poland is putting its weight behind offshore wind as a joint venture has reached a Final Investment Decision on the Baltica 2 project.
The Ørsted/PGE wind farm will have around 107 turbines to generate the 1.5GW, which means they will be 14MW each. Four offshore substations and the necessary power and telecommunications network will also have to be built.
