Associated British Ports (ABP) and global engineering leader Sarens have formed a strategic partnership to drive floating offshore wind (FLOW) development in the Celtic Sea.

The two companies aim to transform Port Talbot into a hub for offshore renewables, facilitating the deployment of FLOW technology in the region.
