Dutch DBF Terminal Heads for First-Phase Completion
Construction of the quay wall and filling-in at Rotterdam''s new Delta Barge Feeder (DBF) Terminal at Maasvlakte has been reported all but completed by the Port of Rotterdam Authority and terminal operator ECT.
